From “The Roaring Twenties”... My Great Aunt Lettitia was a beautiful young woman growing up in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia... This image is a restored and colorized version of a vintage black-and-white portrait of her when she was 18 years old. The original photograph was taken in 1925, in the middle of that golden era known as “The Roaring Twenties”, and often called “The Jazz Age”. Her lovely attire would now seem vintage to us, but it was indeed the height of fashion for the day.
