This little house is located on a country backroad not far from my home in Northeast Tennessee. Over the years, I’ve driven by it literally hundreds of times, not really noticing it. On this particular day, however, the rusty roof caught my eye, and I stopped in the middle of the road to take this shot. It was one of those gray sky days, but that was okay with me... There was a story to be told here. The house had long since been vacated, but without a doubt, the memories remain for many. Full of nostalgia, this scene is a reminder of times when life was simple growing up in the ‘50s and ‘60s here in Northeast Tennessee... The best of times!
