One evening during summer, I took a stroll down to the Mystic River waterfront in Mystic, Connecticut, just after sunset. As the evening progressed, the whole scene felt like something out of a dream. The water was calm, reflecting the colorful lights from the city buildings nearby. I saw a few stars twinkling in the dark blue night sky. I could also see the silhouettes of boats gently bobbing in the river, their lights twinkling like stars on the water's surface. It was so peaceful, almost magical, standing there, watching the world go by as the night settled in.
