The Old Mast Country Store is a fine example of the old country stores that dotted the South throughout our youth. Now listed on the Historic Register of National Sites, the store brings back sweet memories and a wave of nostalgia from days gone by. Today, the store located at Valle Crucis, North Carolina, is widely loved and visited by locals and tourists alike.

Love this series of the local country store Shelia - I grew up in rural Wyoming and remember going to a store just like this with my mother. Brings back great memories.
