An old postcard of the Mast General Store at Valle Crucis, North Carolina... The image brings back lots of memories of the 50s and 60s, and much earlier times when life was good in the country. The Old Mast Country Store is a fine example of the old country stores that dotted the South throughout our youth. Now listed on the Historic Register of National Sites, the store brings back sweet memories and a wave of nostalgia from days gone by.

Thanks so much, Amine! This is a vintage photo of the Old Mast General Store at Valle Crucis... The store is still in operation today!
