We have been very blessed in having the opportunity to visit the Charleston, South Carolina area several times over the years, and while we had passed through the lovely fishing village of nearby Shem Creek, this was our first real experience in actually staying there... What a joy! The weather was nearly perfect, and evenings were filled with long walks on the boardwalk near sunset, which is when I captured this image of the Palmetto Breeze with a beautiful reflection in the water. Shem Creek is a place you will definitely want to visit time and again when in the Charleston area! We have such good memories from our recent trip there.
