Description
"There are times when the path is not always clear, but the journey is well worth it... The views from the top are often breathtaking." -Shelia Hunt, Blue Ridge Mountains, June 2022
In a recent visit to the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina, we hiked up to Craggy Gardens to see the beautiful rhododendrons which are always in bloom in June of each year. The hike is a 1.9-mile out-and-back, moderately challenging trail, with a 574-feet-gain in elevation. Even before we get to the rhododendrons, I always enjoy the hike, and love seeing the lush greenery along the trail on the way up. Wonderful place for a sense of inner peace.
Thank you for viewing my gallery. I hope you will find my artwork worthy of hanging in your home or office, and trust you will enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed presenting it to you.
