I stumbled across this hidden paradise in the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina... The soft, babbling creek was lined with large moss-covered stones, and the shade of the forest was intense. I wasted no time kicking off my shoes and felt the cool embrace of moss and water beneath my feet. The sunlight filtered through the towering trees. It was easy to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. This hidden paradise was a timeless sanctuary – a beautiful place to play and find solace in the embrace of the forest. Guess I’ll always be a child at heart. Smiles.
