Artist's Description
Nothing is more romantic than watching it rain on the city streets as the fog rolls in from the harbor. The photograph was taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on an evening in late Autumn. The lights from the dwellings and the streetlamps gave off a beautiful glow and illiuminated the streets with their reflections on the rainy street. The original photograph has been digitally enhanced to emulate a watercolor painting.
