Description
I feel so drawn to the mountains, especially the Blue Ridge Mountains where I spend a lot of time year-round. This is another beautiful cascade I found just off the Appalachian Trail in western North Carolina. I love finding waterfalls in secluded places in the mountains, and this is one of the many I’ve been blessed to see.
Simple, beautiful, peaceful and serene... All the things we love most in life. Nestled within the dense foliage, the little waterfall was ethereal as the waters flowed over an array of moss-covered rocks. The air was cool, with a subtle mist, somewhat refreshing and adding an enchanting allure to the scene.
