Located in western North Carolina, the lower cascades at Hanging Rock State Park blends in with the lush green forest to offer the most peaceful setting in nature. This picturesque cascade can be accessed via the Cascade Falls Trail. This is undoubtedly one of the most serene places I’ve been blessed to visit. This mesmerizing waterfall gracefully descends into a serene pool of shimmering blue water. Surrounded by tower trees, this waterfall creates an oasis of tranquility. Hanging Rock State Park is the crown jewel of the Sauratown Mountains, near the picturesque towns of Danbury and Lawsonville in North Carolina.
