Description
Springtime in Northeast Tennessee is beyond stunning, especially along our creeks and waterways.
Spring is a season of renewal, and nothing embodies this renewal more than the sight of new green growth sprouting up all around. As the sun shines brighter and the temperatures rise, dormant plants come to life, bursting forth with tender green leaves, delicate flowers, and new shoots. The fresh green color is vibrant and invigorating, a sign that life is returning after the long, cold winter. The air is filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers and the sound of chirping birds. The sight of new growth brings a sense of hope and promise, reminding us that even after the harshest of winters, there is always the potential for new beginnings and growth.
I remember the days when we would sail our little plastic boats in the creek... It was so much fun to set sail, then run along the creek banks to see where your little boat would end up. With the wind in your hair and the sound of water splashing against the little boat, it was so easy to feel a sense of freedom and relaxation. We loved to explore the twists and turns of the creek, finding new wonders around the next bend. These are memories that last a lifetime!
That’s been quite a few years ago, and, uh... I still enjoy sailing my little plastic boats in the creek. Smiles.
Thank you for viewing my gallery. I hope you will find my artwork worthy of hanging in your home or office, and trust you will enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed presenting it to you.
