Description
The old Russell County Courthouse, also known as the Dickenson-Fugate House, is an historic building located at Dickensonville, Virginia. The simple stone courthouse was built ca1799, and it is attached to the side of a brick farmhouse which dates to the late 1800s. The structure served as the second location for the Russell County Courthouse until the county seat was moved to Lebanon in 1818. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. Thank you for viewing my gallery. I hope you will find my artwork worthy of hanging in your home or office, and trust you will enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed presenting it to you.
