Description
The 1941 Packard 110 Special Sedan was a product of the Packard Motor Car Company, an American luxury automobile manufacturer. In 1941, Packard offered various models, and the 110 was one of them. The "110" designation indicated the series, and the "Special Sedan" specified the body style. Luxury and comfort were paramount in Packard vehicles. The beautiful interiors generally featured high-quality materials, spacious seating, and various amenities for the era.
The 1941 Packard models were produced just before the United States entered World War II. This period marked the end of an era for luxury car production, as many manufacturers shifted their focus to wartime production.
I had attended a classic car show in Northeast Tennessee back in the summer. In photographing the interior, I was stunned at how pretty it was, but failed to note the make and model. These were identified for me by a good friend and fellow artist, and I am presenting the artwork here in black and white. Hope you enjoy it!
