Description

I ran across this sweet little cascade on a recent hike, just off the Appalachian Trail in the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina. Simple, beautiful, peaceful and serene... All the things we love most in life. Nestled within the dense foliage, the little waterfall was ethereal as the waters flowed over an array of moss-covered rocks. The air was cool, with a subtle mist, somewhat refreshing and adding an enchanting allure to the scene. I call it my little “Appalachian Journey”.... Such a beautiful find just off the Appalachian Trail!
